The Team
At Bellingham Wedding and Event Rentals, we are driven to help design and create memorable events for our clients. Founded in June 2010, with current ownership in June 2018, we have 12 years of event planning experience and have become the premier rental company serving clients in Whatcom and Skagit Counties. Whether hosting an intimate backyard party or large corporate event, we can help guide you in your rental needs. We work with a number of different individuals including brides, wedding parties, event coordinators, caterers, venues, schools, non-profit organizations, private businesses, community members, and countless other clients to provide party rental equipment and help make the planning process an enjoyable experience. We can help shape your vision with event planning, design, and layout; and assist with logistics in terms of your rental needs; and provide additional planning resources. Whatever you need to make it a successful event, Bellingham Wedding and Event Rentals will assist you in preparing for a memorable celebration.

The process begins with a free consultation appointment at our showroom to discuss your event rental needs. Based on our discussion, we will put together a rental quote that fits your budget and vision. If you approve of the quote, then a contract and deposit payment will reserve your rentals. Changes to your rental order can be made up to 14 days before your event. Then from this point on, we will be available for any additional needs up until your event.

The Owner-Operator
Bellingham Wedding and Event Rentals is locally owned and operated by Roma Mangat. Roma has an eye for detail, passion for design, and excellent organizational skills in the event planning process. From weddings, private events, fundraisers, graduations to intimate backyard parties to business meetings and presentations, she understands that every event is unique. She will help coordinate your rentals by understanding your vision and needs, and will provide resources to assist in producing precisely the event you have planned up.
Roma's passion for weddings began with her own wedding in 2012. She has a background in digital communication, marketing and business. She focuses on personal attention to help DIY brides manifest their vision. Roma finds it gratifying to assist clients with their planning process for any size event; no event is too small or large for her and her team. She will guide you through the many steps of the planning process, including design, layout, and color schemes and offer suggestions for staying within budget without sacrificing your vision. During your one-on-one consultation appointment, she will provide countless possibilities with your vision, assist in creating a mockup tablescape, fulfill your rental requirements and find the little details that sometimes get missed. Upon leaving your appointment, you will feel assured that Bellingham Wedding and Event Rentals will take care of your rental needs and assist you creating a meaningful and beautiful event.
